Vision of Organization:
Holston Conference Camp and Retreat Ministry has thriving centers of Christian ministry that nurture the faith of children, youth, and adults and equip them to go forth in Christ’s name.
Mission of Organization:
To provide places, occasions, and programs of camp and retreat ministry for the children, youth, and adults of the Holston Conference area to encourage and nurture the knowledge, experience, and expression of the love of Christ.

Distinctively Christian – Christ’s love is our standard of behavior in relationship to all who come to our sites.
Teaching God’s Love – God is honored through teaching love of God, love of all persons, and appreciation and care of all creation.
Missionally Relevant – The organizational mission is aligned with the mission of Holston Conference and relevant to the ministry of the local church.
