WAITING LIST POLICY
Waiting Lists are available when sessions are FULL. Placement on a Waiting List is in the order of enrollment. No fees are collected at the time of Waiting List enrollment. As space becomes available through cancellations or session expansion, waiting list campers will receive notification of placement by email (as provided) from camp@holston.org or by phone. Please make sure this address is added to your approved list. You will also receive a phone call from the Camp Registration Office to confirm acceptance of the placement. Acceptance of the placement requires full payment by charge card or e-check.
Session availability is displayed on each Session Description Page. To choose enrollment onto a Full Session Waiting List, select Begin Registration Process and complete the enrollment process as directed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
$50.00 of your camp fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be completed BY NOON (EST) ON THE FRIDAY PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF YOUR CAMP SESSION in order to receive a refund of your camp fees (less the $50.00 non-refundable fee).
Cancellations can be made through your online account or by calling the Camp Registration Office at (423) 929-9037, ext. 235 or 236.
No refunds will be made to campers who fail to show up on opening day.
The $50.00 non-refundable fee is Transferable to a different session. Please call the Camp Registration Office at (423) 929-9037, ext. 235 or 236 when you wish to cancel a registration and register into a different session. This is the only way to insure the transfer of the $50 non-refundable fee.
Should a particular session not receive an adequate number of registrations, the possibility does exist that the session may have to be cancelled. If this should occur, every effort will be made to notify the camper as soon as possible and placement into another session will be attempted. A full refund will be made if placement into another session is not possible.
All appeals regarding the handling of our Cancellation Policy must be made in writing to: CRM Registrar, P.O. Box 2506, Johnson City, TN 37605.
