Information
Note: These policies do
not apply to Resurrection registrations, which are governed by
a different set of policies. Nor do they apply to non-Holston
Conference UMC Youth Ministries events shown on this
website.
To register for a Holston Conference UMC Youth
Ministries event other than Resurrection, complete the
Standard
Registration Form. Resurrection registration is done
on a different form, specific to that ministry event.
Eligibility.
Youth eligible to register for and participate in
Conference youth events are youth currently in or having
completed grades 6-12 (unless otherwise specified) and 19
years of age or younger. Youth do not
have to be members of a United Methodist Church. We
welcome any youth to join with us!
Payment.
The registration fee for an event will depend on
whether you register by the early rate, regular rate or late
rate deadline. Payment in full must be received with the
registration form for registration to occur. Make check
payable to "Holston Conference Youth
Ministries."
Additional Forms/Information.
Most events will require an additional form(s) to
be completed. For example, the Holston Conference UMC
Youth Ministries Health Form will need to be completed, except
for Resurrection or events sponsored by the SEJ or
denomination. Usually the completed Health Form should
be brought to the event by the participant. Sometimes,
however, these additional forms or additional information
will need to be sent with the completed Registration
Form. Please check the Registration Form carefully and
check the event description to see if additional forms and/or
information is required to be submitted with the completed
Registration Form.

Cancellations.
Unless otherwise indicated, all requests for
cancellation and refunds must be in writing to the Conference
Youth Ministries Office. Unless otherwise indicated, such
requests must be received in the office not later than 2 weeks
prior to the start date of the event. There will be an
administrative fee of $25 for each cancellation.
Resurrection cancellation/refund policies are
separate.
